It is expected that the diagnostic chain diagnostic center based in Hyderabad is expected to end the Action Assignment of IPO in September. 8. Investors can verify their shared assignment on the OPI OPI website or on the BSE website.

On the BSE website, investors must follow these steps to know the state of assignment:

a) Select Equity and emission name (Vijaya Diagnostic Center) B) Enter the application number) Enter the permanent account number (PAN)

Alternatively, the assignment can be verified on the IPO Register website following these steps:

a) Select IPO – Vijaya Diagnostic Center) Select Application number, select Application type (ASBA / No AS-ASBA) and Enter the Number Forelect DPID / Client ID application, select Deposit (NSDL / CDSL) and enter the DPID ID and client, orSelect and enter the number of bread

c) Enter CAPTCHA and click on the Send button

Once the assignment is finalized, non-eligible investors will receive a refund in their accounts on September 9, while the actions will be credited to the Demat accounts of eligible investors on September 13.

The actions will begin to negotiate in BSE and the NSE on September 14.

Vijaya’s diagnostic center shares are available at a RS 5 premium in the gray market, WOPO Watch and central data from IPA. This is equivalent to a negotiation price of RS 536 against the expected emission price of RS 531 per share.

The IPO of RS 1,895-Crore was signed 4,54 times from September 1 to 3, much lower than the AMI Organics whose public offer was also open to bid during the period. The AMI Organics IPO was signed 64.54 times.

The reserved part for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed on 13.07 times, which for non-institutional investors 1.32 times, the retail portion was subscribed 1.09 times and that of employees served 98 percent subscription.

The OPI was a complete offer of sale by the promoter and investors and funds collected will go to them. The offer price band was RS 522 to RS 531.

Vijaya Diagnostic offers pathology and radiology test services through 81 centers and 11 reference laboratories in 13 cities and towns in Teangana and Andhra Pradesh, as well as in the Capital Region and Kolkata.

The company offers around 740 routine tests and 870 specialized pathology and 220 advanced basic radiology tests that cover a range of specialties and disciplines.
